Refund Policy

In short

All eBook purchases are final. Because the eBooks are digital products delivered immediately after payment, they cannot be returned, and refunds are not provided. Where a technical or billing problem prevents you from receiving what you paid for, we will fix it — see “Exceptions” below.

Contact for any purchase issue

If your download failed, you were charged more than once, or you have any question about a purchase, contact us with the email address used at checkout and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
